Cucumber Sesame Salad with Fresh Herbs

Ingredients:

  • 1 or 2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced very thin
  • 1 handful each fresh mint, basil, and cilantro
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • sesame seeds for garnish

Mix together all ingredients and let sit at least 1/2 an hour before serving.
