Peach Jam

Peach Jam

  • 4 1/2 cups peaches, peeled and diced small
  • 7 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice

In a large saucepan, cook the peaches, sugar, and lemon juice until boiling. Add:

  • 6 oz liquid pectin

Boil an additional one minute. Remove from the heat and ladle into clean, sanitized, heated jars. Fit lids and process twenty minutes in a hot water bath.
